User Support at home with flexible shifts

The Job - Responsibilities

  • Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated on mobile devices.
  • As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed.
  • The first month will be on training and the job could be done at the office. After that, the job could be done at home.


  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be decisive and organized.
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
  • English essential level C1.
  • Spanish essential level C1.
  • It is a plus previous experience with a ticketing system, desiderable Zendesk.
