The Job - Responsibilities
Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated on mobile devices.
As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed.
The first month will be on training and the job could be done at the office. After that, the job could be done at home.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be decisive and organized.
