The Role

Fever is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist that will assist us in our process of expanding internationally, whilst we work on changing the way people discover and book entertainment. We are the largest entertainment discovery platform in the world, and are constantly looking at ways to grow and innovate. We are looking for an open-minded and number-cruncher that is able to execute and come up with solutions for challenges with international and cross-border impact.

A Senior Billing Specialist will work closely with the Financial Controller in client and providers management, and payments and money collection control. It will also work closely with the Head of Finance in the process of reconciling information for international accounting and reporting.

The Job

• Accounting and sales invoicing across different markets.
• Control of provider agreements
• Fraud control
• Support tasks to different departments, including CRM Management.
• File management. 
• Management of incidents with providers
• Control of payments and money collections.
• Support in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financials.

Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting and billing, preferably in ticketing companies.
• Thorough understanding of taxation processes, having had exposure to international transactions and billing operations
• Plus: ease to understand legal documents
• Fluent in Spanish & English and moderate level of French or Portuguese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely solution-oriented and reliable professional.
• Detail-oriented, organised and with excellent time-management skills.
• Based in Madrid or looking to be located in Madrid
